"Intuitive Inventory Management with Great Performance, Value, and Support"

What do you like best about EZO?

The upsides of using EZO are numerous. The user interface is intuitive, especially for anyone looking for a more standard system to manage inventory. The API bridge and other connections are also valuable for power users like me and my team, helping us get the most out of the platform. Rarely, if ever, do we run into performance issues; it’s consistently great. For our project, the pricing has been an incredible value. On top of that, EZO’s support team is very helpful and responds quickly to our concerns, whether it’s a simple configuration mistake or a major feature request. What do you dislike about EZO?

There are elements of the user experience that are known to be slow or "laggy" for lack of a better term. There is noticeable clunkiness to how inventory actions are facilitated. The integration with AI also appears to be an afterthought. None of my team has ever utilized it. Not saying it's a poor feature, however, an option to hide it from view would be appreciated. What problems is EZO solving and how is that benefiting you?

EZO has solved our inventory management problems through active, multi-type inventory awareness and control. For my team in particular, EZO has taken the initiative to add tailored features like batching and customizable reporting, which has directly benefited our day-to-day work while solving a major issue within our system.
