What do you like best about EZO?

EZO offers an excellent asset tracking solution with detailed location history, assignments, check-in/check-out, and lifecycle management. It provides robust reporting, analytics, and alerts for maintenance, low stock, and other key events. The platform supports multi-site and multi-warehouse operations, with barcode/QR scanning and a mobile app for field updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EZO?

While EZO generally performs well, there are a few areas that could be improved to make the overall user experience smoother. The search and filtering tools can be inconsistent at times, which makes it harder to locate items unless you already have very specific details or clear criteria in mind. What problems is EZO solving and how is that benefiting you?

EZO has made it much easier for us to keep track of our IT inventory, including where each item is located and who is responsible for it. The platform also assists us in monitoring stock levels, simplifying inventory planning and reordering as needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
