What do you like best about EZ-RATER?

It helps me cut down on the time that I use for quoting personal lines customers such as home, auto, etc. I use this to tell which company is going to be the cheapest for my customers. I am able to add in all the companies I quote on a daily basis to see what is the cheapest for my client. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EZ-RATER?

EZ-Rater sometimes is down for maintenance, which makes it harder for me to complete the quotes the day they have it scheduled. I would like to see this only on weekends when we aren't working. Also, sometimes when I finish the quote I find that I have to go onto the companies website to ensure the quote is 100% correct before offering to my client. That does take up some of my time. Recommendations to others considering EZ-RATER:

Ensure the companies you use daily are linked to EZ-Rater to ensure you are quoting all companies and can see which one will be best for your client. Ensure that the quotes are 100% correct before offering them to the client. Be sure to print out the extracts when finished to send to the client. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is EZ-RATER solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has solved time management for me. I don't have to constantly take up 2-3 hours a day quoting each company. It has also helped me get my quotes quicker to send to my customers. I realized I am able to also save a lot of my customers by being as quick as I can be with EZ-rater to get the quotes out to them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
