What do you like best about eZ Jobs?

Cross Platform in-app communication with the candidates. I was able to see candidates who are live now on the application so that no more phone tagging. All the features are available seamlessly on Web, IOS and Android platforms. I was able to recruit people with no english communication through the chant translation features of EZ Jobs. What do you dislike about eZ Jobs?

There are less candidates at the movement. I understand that the job portal is relatively new that's why there are less candidates. I hope they will have more candidates sooner. There price is cheaper because of this reason. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is eZ Jobs solving and how is that benefiting you?

I was trying to recruit blue collar and grey collar jobs. I had the problem of finding out the people for the positions and their communication skills for me to interview them. With EZ jobs my recruiters were able to easily connect those who do not speak english or our language by EZ jobs chat translations. The problem our recruiters use to face most of the time is phone tagging with the candidates. Our recruiters solved this problem by EZ Jobs online candidates feature. EZ Jobs What's APP feature came handy in talking to passive candidates.
