What I like best about Eye Security is the combination of 24/7 monitoring and direct access to knowledgeable security specialists. Their SOC integrates well with our Microsoft environment and provides clear reporting and practical recommendations. There is currently little that we actively dislike. As the service expands across multiple organizations and tenants, we would welcome further improvements in consolidated reporting, tenant-level visibility and central management.
