What do you like best about ExtraaEdge Education CRM & Marketing Automation?

It really simplifies our admission process. I almost use daily this CRM from capturing leads to assigning them to counselors and tracking their progress, everything is organized in one place. What do you dislike about ExtraaEdge Education CRM & Marketing Automation?

While the CRM meets most admission requirements effectively, certain parts of the interface could be more intuitive. Improving the ease of implementation and offering deeper integrations with tools like Power BI or marketing platforms would make it even more powerful.
