Extend did a lot of the prep work on finding manufacturer warranty information. They sent us a short list of brands they could not find information about. They were easy to install on our BigCommerce store. They provided resources and training for us. Their support team quickly answered issues. I have not used another service and only helped set up. Besides BigCommerce, we also used Brightpearl as our ROS. Since the SKUs are not static, we cannot easily track orders like warranties. Besides that, we have had only small issues that happen to orders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
