The biggest win for me has been the flexibility. My needs can change week to week. Some weeks I need heavy support with market research for a client pitch deck, and other weeks it’s mostly calendar management and inbox clean-up. The team has been really responsive to my fluctuating workload, which is huge for a solo practice. I was also pleasantly surprised by the quality of the talent. I gave them a somewhat complex data entry project involving CRM formatting, and the assistant assigned to me was proactive and asked clarifying questions that saved us both time. For the cost, it’s definitely a value-add for my business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The communication can sometimes lag a bit depending on the time zone. I’m on the East Coast, and occasionally a request made late in my day won’t get picked up until the next morning, which isn’t a dealbreaker but it has pushed a few deadlines. The onboarding process was pretty straightforward, though I did have to spend a little more time than expected in the first week outlining my specific processes and file structures before they hit their stride.
