What do you like best about Explorance Metrics That Matter?

I love the customized dashboards, as they help us get to the heart of what the business leader is trying to solve for. I like the flexibility it offers and how it keeps up with what's happening in the industry. The customer service is outstanding and was crucial in getting done what we needed during the setup. Industry updates and benchmarking against the top 5% of other organizations are huge benefits, making us a stronger partner to the business rather than just an input. What do you dislike about Explorance Metrics That Matter?

I really encourage them to stay ahead of the AI space with questions that we can ask around AI knowledge or evaluation. The other thing I recommend is to update the look and feel of the dashboard.
