What do you like best about Explorance Blue?

I like the user interface for students and the staff in our schools - it's clear and uncluttered. I also like the flexibility of the system - it's possible to use it for so many different scenarios. We've just started to use the system to run surveys for other areas of the university (not just module surveys) and these are going well so far. The support received with the product is excellent and the team are very responsive and quick to address issues. The community of Blue users is helpful and always willing to share ideas and experiences, which we have found really useful, particularly when first implementing and embedding Blue. What do you dislike about Explorance Blue?

The user interface for Blue Administrators sometimes has small challenges. For example, when building projects, it can be frustrating to have to click both 'apply' and 'save' each time a change is made. On many occasion I have clicked one but not the other and my amendments have not saved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Explorance Blue solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prior to Blue, module leaders gathered feedback (or not!) using paper forms in class. Using Blue has been a huge change for our institution and although we had some resistance at first in some Schools to using it, it's now well embedded.
