What do you like best about Explorance Blue?

Based on our experience, Blue is a comprehensive solution to support survey administration, automation and reporting needs. One of the greatest strengths beyond their product is their team! One of their greatest strengths has been their level of support throughout our journey. From the initial deployment team during implementation and setup, to educational trainers, senior customer success managers, and support team, we have consistently experienced knowledgeable, responsive and helpful service and solutions. Having access to a team that understands higher education and is available to assist with questions, troubleshooting and best practices has been invaluable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Explorance Blue?

I honestly can't think of any downsides to Blue. We've been using Blue since 2014 and have not experienced anything but exceptional professional service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Explorance Blue solving and how is that benefiting you?

We administer a number of student feedback instruments to post-secondary students - both for faculty performance and course evaluations for program accreditation. There are so many powerful features within Blue - especially around automation, flexibility and streamlining survey processes - that it's difficult to capture them all here.
