What do you like best about Expertise AI?

It's easy to use and intuitive. I'm able to navigate it without needing to read tutorials. Plenty of features. Any time I've ever needed help they respond quickly. I was able to use the HubSpot Plugin very easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Expertise AI?

What problems is Expertise AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

When I was looking for an AI customer outreach platform I decided to give expertise.ai a try based on the stellar reviews I had seen. Everything is WAY easier than I expected. Whether you're familiar with AI engagement or you're just getting started it's easy to use but has the depth companies like mine need to answer more detailed technical questions. My expertise.ai bot functions autonomously, guiding customers to content and collecting leads. Then, I get the leads delivered into HubSpot for a quick follow-up from our sales team. It JUST WORKS! No need for complex and expensive homegrown AI agents here (cough cough CLAY). I love it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
