What I like best about Experiential Learning Cloud is that it is user-friendly and easily accessible online from any device. It gives us one central location to organize and maintain important documentation related to our students and community partners, which has made information much easier to access and manage.
I also appreciate that the system provides a consistent filing structure for both current and previous students. Instead of information being stored in multiple places, we can easily reference historical student records when needed.
The mass update feature has been particularly helpful when working with groups of students, allowing us to make changes efficiently rather than updating individual records one at a time.
Another major benefit has been the customized grid we developed with the implementation team. The grid is straightforward to use and clearly connects each student with their placement site and supervisor. This has made it much easier to see and manage those relationships in one place and has helped streamline our overall workflow.
An unexpected benefit has been how the platform has helped us create a more organized and standardized process. Beyond simply storing information, it provides a structure that makes it easier for our team to manage experiential learning records consistently over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One area that could be improved is the level of flexibility available to administrators when making changes to the system. While the platform can be customized to meet our needs, some changes require assistance from the support or implementation team rather than being something we can easily adjust ourselves. Giving administrators more options to independently customize fields, views, workflows, and settings would make the system even more efficient.
Another challenge is that many actions within the platform depend on creating or navigating links between records. While these connections are valuable, the process can sometimes feel tedious. For example, I may need to have multiple windows open when searching staff and student records just to determine who is linked to whom. Being able to see these relationships more clearly on a single screen, or navigate more easily between linked students, staff, sites, and supervisors, would save time on everyday administrative tasks.
Notification emails are another area that could use improvement, particularly for administrators. Because of our roles in the system, my team and I receive a high volume of automated notification emails, and it can quickly become overwhelming. When there are too many notifications, it also becomes easier for an important one to get lost among routine messages.
Overall, simplifying navigation, providing administrators with more control, and offering better notification management would make the platform more efficient for our day-to-day work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We're thrilled to hear Experiential Learning Cloud has become a central hub for managing student records and placement communication, and that the customized grid your team built with our implementation team has made such a difference in tracking student-site-supervisor relationships.
We also really appreciate the honest feedback. Your points on administrator flexibility, easier navigation between linked records, and notification management are incredibly valuable, and we'll be sharing them with our product team as we continue improving the platform.
