Support: The onboarding was great and walked me through the steps for submitting everything that was needed. There are resources I can use, and I really like the “learning space” modules for the different types of users. About a year ago, there was a major system change—the addition of placement groups within site processes—that I didn’t realize I needed to prepare my system for, and I ran into glitches as a result. In the future, I hope administrators communicate more clearly and proactively about system changes that require attention before they’re implemented. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
