I had a GREAT experience with Experience.com, thanks to Lauren Cunningham who was fantastic in guiding me through the entire process, from setting up my Google My Business page to understanding the Experience.com website portal. I'm thrilled with how Experience.com helps me gain recognition from my clients and business partners. I really like its visual aids and simplicity, making everything accessible in one place. Setting it up was easy, although Lauren's assistance was crucial for the Google integration. I appreciate how it helps me get placed in my market.

**What do you dislike about Experience.com?**

Sometimes when my clients get the email to review my work, for some reason the email gets lost. My clients say that they didn't receive the review email. Setting it up was easy, but the interaction between my social media and Google was difficult for me. If I hadn't had Lauren's help with Google, I don't know if I would have ever done it.

**What do you like best about Experience.com?**

I like how Experience.com solves a lot of marketing problems across different areas without me having to put in much work. Although I'm still learning, I enjoy all of the interfaces and connections it offers, which I find to be great features for my business. I particularly appreciate the 'set it and forget it' approach, as it handles a lot of the backdoor work, allowing me to focus on other important things. The initial setup was fairly easy too.

**What do you dislike about Experience.com?**

I find getting Google verified through Experience.com quite difficult. There's a lot to do for verification, especially for service areas. It's particularly tough when setting up remote loan officers because you need to set them up immediately as a service area, or else you'll have to verify again.

**What problems is Experience.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves a lot of marketing problems without my active involvement and manages many backend processes, letting me focus on other priorities.

I also appreciate the customer service help; if I have any questions or need anything, I can easily get someone up on a Zoom call to teach me more about how to utilize the service. The initial setup was ridiculously easy, and the platform helps me reply to reviews very easily and consistently. It even generates replies via AI so that I know exactly what to say. This all helps us be found in searches.

Sometimes connecting the different accounts can be a little bit troublesome or challenging. It tells you that it's not connecting and it won't because of a setting, but it takes quite a bit of time to figure out what you need to change.

Experience.com helps me reply to client reviews easily and consistently, generates replies via AI, and enhances our visibility in searches.

I absolutely hate that when switching companies Loan Officers have to start all over. LO's should own their accounts and not be impacted or penalized by Experience.com to "start over" when switching companies. I understand the "reviews stay" but the ranking score resets and all profile info has to start again from scratch. This is a disservice.

Loan officers should not have to reset their accounts when switching companies. Experience.com should also be making a hard push towards AI and integration for SEO to be honest because google reviews are still more powerful to my opinion.

I'm waiting on a review to come over from Google that was done 2 days ago. I want to respond in a timely manner, but it's somehow not connecting to Experience.com yet. Another issue is I'm being asked for a lot of reviews. I don't like that it pops up wanting a review about something nearly every time I log on. Everyone wants a review, and this asks for one every time anything happens.

Within just two days of signing up for the Pro account, our search rank expert, Richard Mackoy, helped set up our account and boosted our ranking to #2 in our zip code. Before Richard reached out, we weren’t fully utilizing the platform, but he immediately stepped in with multiple meetings to guide me through setup and strategy. He even went above and beyond by helping other loan officers on our team optimize their free accounts to their fullest potential. His support has been phenomenal, and the results in our visibility speak for themselves. I cannot recommend connecting with Richard and investing in a Pro account enough. The support, the results, and the overall experience truly pay off.

The only issue I’ve experienced is that the website analytics don’t yet identify certain specific items on our site. However, Richard was immedialy ontop of it and this is already being addressed by their development team.

Experience.com is a very easy-to-use tool. I used it for over a year at my previous company, and when I learned I could continue using it even if I changed companies, I didn't hesitate to open my account.
It helps me with my business's digital presence. I also find the integrations with other platforms like Google and social media very useful.
As for the service I received from Mike Blair, since I created the account, it has been great. He always knows what to do and how to do it because he's very good at communicating. He seemed very professional in what he does, and he gave me all the support to make my account look even better.

Before Experience.com, I only used Google My Business, but with Experience, I've gotten more people to leave me reviews than with Google itself.
