The interface is clean, intuitive and easy to navigate, making it simple to create, manage and update professional email signatures across users. Setup was very straightforward. You simply log in, connect your Microsoft 365 accounts and follow the step-by-step process. Whenever we have had an issue, Exclaimer's support has been brilliant. The FAQs are well written, and the AI chatbot uses them effectively to provide intuitive help with simpler issues. If the AI cannot resolve the problem, it escalates the case to a support technician. The support team has consistently gone above and beyond with every ticket we have raised, making it a very pleasant experience. I also really like the ability to integrate social media feeds into email signatures across the organisation. What do you dislike about Exclaimer? Some parts of the signature builder can be frustrating. Padding controls are tricky to understand, while image resizing can be laggy. More guidance on using correctly sized hosted images would help, as resizing within the editor can cause display issues when signatures are appended to emails. Exclaimer centralises and automates email signature management, which saves a lot of time when you need to roll out new signatures or update existing ones across all users.
