What do you like best about Exclaimer?

Exclaimer makes it easy to manage professional, consistent email signatures across our team. Once we got everything set up, adding new people has been quick and seamless. The platform is user-friendly, and their staff has been very supportive throughout the process. It’s taken a lot of the manual work and guesswork out of keeping signatures on brand. What do you dislike about Exclaimer?

It did take a little while to get everything up and running initially. Also, emails sometimes send a bit slower than normal, which may be related to our choice to include images in the signatures. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Exclaimer has solved the challenge of keeping our email signatures consistent, professional, and on brand across the entire organization. Before, updating or creating signatures for new employees was manual and time-consuming, and we often ran into inconsistencies. Now, everything is centralized and easy to manage, so we can roll out updates quickly and ensure every email represents our brand correctly.
