I love using Exceed.ai for its ability to automatically qualify and engage leads through conversational AI, freeing up our sales team to focus on closing deals instead of chasing unready prospects. The seamless CRM integration means we don't waste time manually logging conversations or updating lead statuses anymore, as everything syncs automatically. The natural conversational flow is great because it doesn't come across as robotic like most chatbots, actually getting prospects to respond and boosting our engagement rates by around 40% compared to our old generic email blasts.

**What do you dislike about Exceed.ai?**

Sometimes the AI gives up too fast on technical questions and just says 'let me get someone to help you' instead of actually trying to answer, which feels lazy to the prospect. They should let us upload our own FAQ or product docs so the AI can answer basic technical stuff instead of giving up and asking for human help every time someone asks a real question.

I use Exceed.ai to make our lead engagement and sales outreach much easier. It helps manage conversations with prospects through AI-powered emails and chats, so we can respond quickly and stay consistent without losing a personal touch. It saves time by automating routine follow-ups and qualifying leads, freeing up our sales team to focus on more important conversations. It ensures that no lead gets missed by automating follow-ups and responses, saving a lot of time and effort. The tracking and reporting features are really helpful too, providing a clear picture of every lead and conversation in one place and letting me see exactly where every conversation stands. This makes it easier to prioritize tasks, make smart decisions, and measure results, which is a big reason why Exceed.ai simplifies managing leads. Overall, Exceed.ai has become a really valuable tool for staying organized and efficient, making managing leads and staying on top of sales outreach a lot easier.

One thing I’ve noticed about Exceed.ai is that while it’s great at handling routine follow-ups, customizing some workflows or responses can be a bit tricky. I like that Exceed.ai provides prompt and consistent communication 24/7, which ensures that every lead receives an immediate and well-structured response, even outside of business hours when the sales team is offline. The automation of follow-up emails not only saves manual human effort but also helps in qualifying leads with quality questions.

**What do you dislike about Exceed.ai?**

Reporting and Analytics could be more detailed and customized. The AI responses are sometimes rigid when the situation is complex and tough to handle. The reporting must be enhanced with more customized dashboards and deeper insights into conversation drop-offs and conversation stages. AI responses could improve by better handling complex content-specific questions with more flexible and natural language understanding. Initially, it was a bit complicated to set up.

**What do you like best about Exceed.ai?**

First of all, it should be noted that it has an excellent lead qualifier using reciprocal email, SMS and chat dialogues. Virtual assistance instinctively schedules a meeting when a high-potential user is ready to talk to a human. Making a summary of our experience, we can express with certainty that it is the system with excellent functions that acts to obtain satisfactory results. With Exceed.AI, we achieve spectacular customer service, and in this way, we can meet our objectives. They guided us through the implementation of this software and continued to track our routine to make sure our system was perfect.

**What do you dislike about Exceed.ai?**

Our work team's primary and only problem was the perception of a virtual actor working with potential users; it took us some time to get used to it. However, its function is exceptional once adapted to the system and its perception. Our company has achieved positive customer flow, and we owe it all to Exceed as it gets smarter every day and our representative effort is reduced, which I think is lovely.

The virtual market has increased the sales of all our businesses, and its usability has been a perfect strategy to help grow our marketing and sales. IA has managed in 2022 to achieve a follow-up of each potential client working 24/7, thus achieving excellent results. It should be noted that Exceed.IA automatically runs and modernizes its CRM and marketing systemization platform with the period of potential users.

The team  at Exceed, is extremely hands-on, supportive and helpful. The actual tool saves our team as we outreach to new prospects and takes fairly cold leads through our funnel.

**What do you dislike about Exceed.ai?**

I think the AI is still evolving so there are some limitations such as properly analyzing the content of responses to ensure the follow-up is relevant and consistent.

**What problems is Exceed.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Virtual assistant helps save time when trying to engage with leads that are very upper funnel. It can somewhat prequalify lead which helps.

**What do you like best about Exceed.ai?**

Exceed’s virtual assistant tool has been a game changer in our Sales Department.  The VI sends frequent emails, checks our sales reps' calendars to schedule calls based on their availability, as well as updates our CRM with their status. Exceed also provides us with weekly analytics that helps us understand and track the effectiveness of our outreach efforts.  Not to mention, Hadas and her team are so quick to respond when I have questions and are always available to hop on Zoom to clarify any concerns.  Exceed’s VI’s are literally like having 3 additional employees who effectively work around the clock to schedule appointments

**What do you dislike about Exceed.ai?**

At the moment we do not have any dislikes that come to mind.

**What problems is Exceed.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping us stay consistent with our follow-up plan. Relieving the stress and pressure on our sales girls so they can focus on doing calls and meetings

We have scheduled more appointments than ever. Easy setup. Integration with our CRM is seamless. Onboarding has been a joy so far. Increased efficiency from the sary date/

**What do you dislike about Exceed.ai?**

Nothing really. With any software, there is room for improvement specific to the use case, but so far I love everything.

**What problems is Exceed.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping us qualify leads. Follow up with old leads. Schedule appoint with qualified leads. 
We had to have complex workflows using multiple platforms to achieve this, and it was not as efficient and seamless as Exceed.ai

Exceed does a great job at taking leads and bringing them through the early stages of the sales funnel to ensure quality and suitability. It has improved our conversion rate significantly.

**What do you dislike about Exceed.ai?**

So far the only downside has been adjusting to the new workflow, which is inevitable with any service. Any small issue has been immediately resolved by customser service.

The service is a game changer. I have increased my productivity 10 fold and my client interaction has increased dramatically. This is my first month using the product and my sales are up!

There are a few minor details to work out, like email notifications for certain sequences/escalations, but overall very happy.

The AI assistant takes up the responsibility of handling the long initial conversation with the leads, which the sales team sometimes despises.

There is nothing much I dislike about the exceed.ai.It's cool and is positively impacting the business so far.
