What do you like best about Exalate?

At AssessPrep, we manage assessments, question banks, and academic workflows on our platform, while our product team works in Jira. Exalate helped connect both systems without forcing either team to change how they work. What do you dislike about Exalate?

Initial setup takes some effort, especially if your workflow is customized. We needed technical input to configure everything correctly, and troubleshooting advanced sync scenarios can be challenging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Exalate solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Exalate, when a client reported an issue with an assessment or requested a feature through AssessPrep, updates had to be manually communicated to the product team in Jira.
