**What do you like best about eWorkOrders CMMS?**

What I liked most about eWorkOrders is the outstanding customer service. Also the system is genuinely easy to navigate (no steep learning curve), and setting up automation and integrating API's was a breeze. Everything feels intuitive and actually saves us time instead of creating more work.

**What do you dislike about eWorkOrders CMMS?**

Honestly can’t think of any cons worth mentioning. It does exactly what we need and does it well. Great product

**What problems is eWorkOrders CMMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

eWorkOrders is solving our biggest headache: staying on top of preventive maintenance triggered by actual equipment runtime and downtime events.
We pull live runtime hours and alarm data from our facility automation system into eWorkOrders, so the system always knows exactly when a piece of equipment is due for service or when a fault occurs. Even though we still enter some corrective work orders manually, the runtime-based PMs and alarm-triggered notifications are automatic and 100% accurate.
The benefit is huge: no more guessing or spreadsheet tracking, PMs are never missed, technicians get instant alerts about downtime events, and we finally have reliable data showing how our equipment is really performing. It’s made our maintenance process far more proactive and efficient.

I like most about eWorkOrders CMMS is the AI recommendation feature for task completion. This feature really stands out because it helps our team understand the fastest and most efficient ways to resolve maintenance and IT issues. The intelligent suggestions guide technicians and internal staff toward best practices, reducing guesswork and improving completion times. This AI-driven insight provides a major advantage for maintaining uptime and smooth operation, directly impacting productivity. Also, the setup was organized and surprisingly easy, with the onboarding team guiding us through the steps, configuring the system to fit our workflow, and ensuring that our staff quickly understood how to use the platform, making the transition to daily use smooth and straightforward.

I have zero dislikes; everything works flawlessly for me.

I really like the AI-powered recommendation for preventive maintenance in eWorkOrders CMMS. The system automatically helps us plan smart maintenance schedules, which improves performance. I appreciate how it integrates through its API with predictive maintenance providers like Auxury and AccessWash, catching small issues early, which avoids sudden breakdowns and keeps our tech equipment running reliably. Setting up eWorkOrders CMMS was quick and easy for our company; the cloud-based system required no additional hardware or solutions. We uploaded asset details, created user roles, and started loading work orders the same day. The support team was great, helping us with the setup and answering questions, making the onboarding process smooth and mostly stress-free.

No complaints at all — it does exactly what it promises.

**What do you like best about eWorkOrders CMMS?**

We own a large multi-tenant medical property.  Because the building was previously a hospital, and has been re-purposed, the building systems are very complicated and diverse.  The various systems include multiple HVAC units, fire safety and sprinkler, electrical and plumbing, with some units serving multiple tenants and some individual tenants.  We also have over 40,000 square feet of roofs, and 7 elevators serving the building and adjacent parking deck.  
We have begun to upload information and locations for all the varied systems, so that our tenants can submit repair requests. With eWorkOrders we can track the performance of our in-house maintenance team, as well as the numerous outside vendors who also serve the building.  We pride ourselves on being very responsive to our tenants, and this ensures that problems are addressed quickly.  
It is also important for us to track the routine maintenance of our systems and equipment so that we can stay ahead of potential problems, as our equipment is of varying ages and manufacturers.  
We reviewed several CMMS software programs before choosing eWorkOrders.  We found the software easy to use and understand, and the eWorkOrders staff got us up and running quickly.  Their training has been extremely comprehensive and helpful.  We also like the bi-lingual capacity of the software.

**What do you dislike about eWorkOrders CMMS?**

So far, so good.  Nothing to dislike at this stage.

**What problems is eWorkOrders CMMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having the tenants submit service requests through the system has eliminated confusion and also enhanced the accountability of our staff.  Because we have so many assets to track, it has been extremely useful to have all the information in one place, and easily accessible for our entire staff.  We are also very excited to be able to easily review a unit's repair history, so that we can see if there are ongoing chronic problems, or ones which may be likely to occur going forward.

**What do you like best about eWorkOrders CMMS?**

It's a simple platform. The other CMMS systems we reviewed had extremely elaborate tools that would likely simply go unused based upon the need of our business and the skill level of the team interacting with it. Having the option for an unlimited number of users means that even our base level technicians can have ease of access to the platform without us having to review the P&L every time we have a new staff hire. This was a huge nuisance with our last platform and EWO solved for that.

**What do you dislike about eWorkOrders CMMS?**

Lack of custom report generation. As a person who subscribes wholeheartedly to a data driven approach, being able to manually custom make reports would be a huge improvement on the experience with EWO. However, the other tools in the system are more than adequate for operating the business and any custom reporting we may need can be done by customer service.

Allowing our front line, back line, and accounting team, to have a simple all in one solution for running the business.

**What do you like best about eWorkOrders CMMS?**

Let me count the ways!  
eWork Orders is very user friendly!
Customer support staff is very responsive and helpful.
Their tech team have been able to provide every special requested report I have wanted.
The variety and details their reports can generate seems to be endless from productivity to inventory.
I have worked with multiple software companies and this was the easiest integration and implementation from one product to eWorkOrders.

**What do you dislike about eWorkOrders CMMS?**

Truly, I have absolutely no complaints/dislikes about eWorkOrders or any of the staff I have interacted with!

**What problems is eWorkOrders CMMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed a robust work order tracking system and eWorkOrders checks ALL of the boxes of my needs.
