I use EverythingCard as a recognition tool to thank colleagues, celebrate contest winners, support team morale, and acknowledge outstanding contributions. I find the e-gift card option fantastic because it eliminates the need to purchase, store, and keep track of physical cards. I can issue a gift card quickly and easily without using my personal credit card and submitting an expense afterward. I like that recipients can choose from a wide variety of vendors, so I do not need to know their personal preferences. I find the reporting functionality extremely valuable for tracking card details and providing HR with taxable benefit reporting information. I love the flexibility to create multiple campaigns for different purposes, the beautiful campaign images, and the ability to personalize messages in my own words. I can also select the gift card denominations I need. I find personalized messages make recognition more meaningful, thoughtful, and genuine. I receive incredibly responsive support from my account representative when I have questions or issues. I recommend EverythingCard all the time, and I would give it a 10. I find it challenging that recipients’ last names and email addresses are obscured in the reporting. I have to manually determine who each recipient is before I can provide HR with the required information for taxable benefit reporting.
