What do you like best about Everything DiSC?

I was looking for a document management company that could provide me with a solution for converting my files into an accessible form and I found this. Everything DiSC is a document management company that has been offering solutions for document scanning, conversion, archiving and much more. What do you dislike about Everything DiSC?

DiSC works well in most situations; however, the customer service department could do a better job of handling complaints. Customer support representatives occasionally take too long to resolve issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Everything DiSC solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am a loyal customer of Everything DiSC® and I am using their services for a longtime now. I just want to share my experiences with DiSC®. Everything DiSC® is an ideal partner for a document scanning and data capture. The data captured can be used for various purposes including HR, marketing and training and development.
