What do you like best about Evertel?

This platform is very intuitive, taking only a few minutes to learn. The power of connecting with other agencies is fast and does not cost anything! Sharing intelligence, completely free, with ANY agency in my region or state and none of them are required to be customers. Also, being FOIA, CJIS, and HIPAA compliant is very important for our agency. Owning all of our data and accessing it instantly if we get a public records request is extremely convenient. There are NO data storage fees so we can share as many files and attachments as needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Evertel?

I would like to see "location tracking" to see all of our units across our region. I was told this should be released in a few months so that was great to hear. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Evertel solving and how is that benefiting you?

Controlling 'where' our intelligence will be sent, to avoid over-notification, is very important. The platform is completely flexible and can be created for any unit, squad, division, task force, or crime incident. Detectives are solving cases faster, increasing our efficiency. The "Export Room" feature is a must when your prosecutors are demanding ALL digital communications and case files...they are sent in 1 minute. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
