**What do you like best about Everstage?**

What I like best about Everstage is how transparent and easy it makes commission tracking. As an Account Manager, it's important for me to see exactly how my commissions are calculated, and Everstage provides clear breakdowns with real-time visibility. The platform is intuitive, easy to navigate, and gives me confidence that payouts are accurate. I also appreciate how quickly I can access performance data and track my progress toward targets without needing to rely on spreadsheets or manual updates.

**What do you dislike about Everstage?**

There isn't much to dislike overall, but there are a few areas where the platform could improve. Some reports and dashboards can take a bit of time to get used to, especially when looking for more detailed commission information. I'd also like to see more customization options for views and notifications. That said, these are relatively minor points and haven't significantly impacted my overall experience.

**What problems is Everstage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Everstage solves the challenge of commission transparency and manual compensation tracking. Before using it, understanding how commissions were calculated or keeping track of earnings could be time-consuming and sometimes unclear. With Everstage, I have real-time visibility into my commissions, quotas, and performance, all in one place. This has given me greater confidence in the accuracy of payouts, reduced the need for manual tracking, and allowed me to focus more on building customer relationships and driving results.

**What do you like best about Everstage?**

As an end user, I really appreciate that Everstage gives me real-time visibility into my commission payouts, directly tied to my CRM deals, which completely eliminates the need for a messy “shadow accounting” spreadsheet. The built-in “what-if” deal simulator is a game-changer as well, letting me quickly see exactly how much I’ll make before a contract is even signed.

**What do you dislike about Everstage?**

Occasional data sync delays from the CRM can cause frustrating bottlenecks during critical end-of-month closure periods. Additionally, complex advanced reporting configurations carry a steep learning curve that often forces a heavy reliance on their customer support team rather than allowing for independent, self-serve customization.

**What problems is Everstage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Everstage solves the problem of manual spreadsheet-based commission tracking by automating calculations and providing real-time payout visibility, which completely eliminates "shadow accounting" and time-consuming compensation disputes.

**What do you like best about Everstage?**

Everstage feels lightweight and impressively fast—you can connect it to Salesforce in no time, and the data refreshes almost instantly without long loading times. The interface is very user-friendly, so it’s easy to navigate and manage commissions efficiently. I also appreciate how intuitive the dashboards are; I can track performance and insights in real time without needing much setup or training.

**What do you dislike about Everstage?**

One thing I think could be improved is the ability to connect Data fields—especially the datasheets—with the other object, Quotas. Right now, that isn’t possible, but having this functionality would be extremely helpful. If I could calculate everything directly within the datasheets and then link the relevant source to the Quotas object, it would remove a lot of manual work and make the overall process much more efficient.

**What problems is Everstage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The integration with Salesforce works seamlessly and updates almost instantly, which really helps keep everything accurate and up to date. The tool is user-friendly and requires minimal training, which is great for both managers and end users. Once data linking between datasheets and quotas becomes available, I think it will be close to a perfect solution.

**What do you like best about Everstage?**

The platform allowed us to accomplish complex logic tasks such as union, temporal splits, and filtering easily without knowledge of SQL. The platform then visualizes the logic and data flows in a unique and comprehendible manner which helped explain the system to peers, internal customers, and bosses. This visualization also made is simple to understand what the implementation team was doing and how to help steer them. Simply by watching the implementation teams work, I was able to learn the system.

**What do you dislike about Everstage?**

What I would have liked better with Everstage implementation was having an internal stakeholder involved in all the work. The team built manager plans but completely missed that directors and VPs also needed to be paid on them - they implemented something totally wrong without course correction. I ended up rebuilding almost all their work myself because it was close but wrong.

**What problems is Everstage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Everstage is making building processes and systems simple with intuitive software. The maintenance of systems is also greatly improved, particularly by the tracing and visualization of how data is processed from start to finish.

**What do you like best about Everstage?**

Everstage is intuitive and easy to use, especially for sales teams who need real-time visibility into commissions. The dashboards are clear, reporting is flexible, and implementation was smoother than expected. I particularly appreciate the transparency it provides to reps and the automation that reduces manual errors. Customer support has also been responsive and helpful whenever needed.

**What do you dislike about Everstage?**

Some advanced customizations can take time to configure, especially when dealing with complex compensation plans. While the platform is powerful, certain reports could offer more out-of-the-box templates. A few UI workflows could be streamlined further to reduce clicks for admin users.

**What problems is Everstage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Everstage eliminates manual commission calculations and spreadsheet dependency, which significantly reduces errors and saves time. It improves transparency for the sales team by giving them clear visibility into their earnings and performance. This has increased trust in compensation processes and reduced back-and-forth queries with finance. Overall, it has improved operational efficiency and sales motivation.

Everstage gives me, as an individual contributor, clear visibility into where my quota stands and how I’m pacing toward my goals. It’s also helpful to see exactly how and what I’m getting paid each month and quarter across the fiscal year.

Everstage does requiring bookmarking it as it's own platform to reference as needed.

Everstage gives me confidence and removes the uncertainty around tracking quota so I fully understand my contributions to quota attainment.

**What do you like best about Everstage?**

We’ve been using Everstage for about 2 years now, and it has proven to be a very intuitive and user-friendly platform. I really like it because it’s easy to navigate, which makes managing my sales commissions straightforward and stress-free. The accuracy of the calculations is spot on, so I always feel confident that everything is being handled correctly. It’s clear the platform was designed with the user in mind, offering a seamless experience that genuinely helps simplify the commission management process. Overall, it’s a valuable and reliable tool for any sales team.

**What do you dislike about Everstage?**

Nothing really comes to mind. So far, I’ve been pretty happy with it and haven’t run into anything that feels like it needs improvement.

**What problems is Everstage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Everstage has made a big difference in how we handle commissions. Before, my manager was doing everything manually, and we often didn’t have a clear view of where we stood with our commissions. It was easy to get a bit lost in the details. Now, with Everstage, we have a much clearer picture of our earnings, and everything is organized in one place. It’s definitely helped to streamline the process and make things easier for us.

**What do you like best about Everstage?**

Everstage makes my compensation as a seller easy to understand and track. Compensation plans can be overly complex, but this software helps me clearly see how I get paid and which factors affect my commissions.

Everstage also provides my team with a single source of truth for all performance metrics, which helps me better understand where I stand and how I'm tracking for career progression

**What do you dislike about Everstage?**

We weren’t able to pull any of our historical data into Everstage during the transition, which has been frustrating. It’s created gaps in our YoY reporting, although this should iron itself out over time as we build more history in the system. Overall, I’d just say to be prepared for the change management costs that come with the transition. 

The tool is also very limited in its AI capabilities

**What problems is Everstage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Everstage was brought into my organization to solve the problem of payment transparency. With its direct integration into Salesforce, it’s given me a single source of truth for sales performance and compensation. I can clearly see exactly how I’m pacing against my monthly and quarterly quotas, which used to be siloed across different reports before we onboarded the tool.

**What do you like best about Everstage?**

Im coming at this from a non standard angle. Im IT support for our company. Enabling SSo had some hiccups but i was able to hop on a call with the backend teams and have it fixed within 10 minutes of the issues being addressed in email.

**What do you dislike about Everstage?**

Our company uses a LOT of subdomains. Everstage has to individually map them on the backend, which is not a problem, but takes them some extra work. They were super helpful about getting them added though.

**What problems is Everstage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Coming at this from the IT side of things and implimentation? They have SSO capability which was extremely easy to integrate and the one issue we had was addressed in less than 10 minutes.

**What do you like best about Everstage?**

Beyond the software’s easy implementation and smooth integration, Everstage’s Customer Support has been exceptional. They consistently point us in the right direction and respond quickly to any questions or issues we run into.  The software ease of use and implementation has been a huge winning factor.

**What do you dislike about Everstage?**

We’ve been using Everstage for less than a year, and we haven’t had any issues with Everstage calculations. If I had to pick something to improve, it would be the ability to create or update the out-of-the-box dashboard more easily. The out-of-the-box dashboard is nice, but it doesn’t fit every role.

**What problems is Everstage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Everstage is benefiting our Sales team by providing up-to-date commission calculations within the same month, rather than having to wait for manual statements that arrive 2–3 weeks after month-end. It’s helpful not only to have statements readily available, but also to give the Sales team more confidence in how their commissions are calculated.
