I like Events Guru for its ease and speed in setting events up. You can start with a really basic template, which is very easy to use and user-friendly. If you want to go further, there are advanced features to create a more custom design. The platform offers flexibility with its paid options, allowing for full customisation and even the creation of completely custom websites. That's something some of my colleagues have really appreciated. It's just as easy as other products I've used and much more advanced. The level of detail available in the agenda is amazing. Stage management, multi-track timetables, sponsored sessions – it really is powerful. You can also easily reorder sessions and move from one stage to another with ease. I wouldn't say this is something that doesn't work well, but sometimes when you just want to do something simple, because it's quite an advanced platform, you can get a bit lost with all the options. But, actually, once you get used to them all and realise the power of them, they're easy to use and I wouldn't look back.
