Our multi-campus church used Eventify for a regional youth conference with 800+ attendees and a volunteer leadership retreat. The platform made it easy to manage different registration types students, volunteers, speakers, exhibitors and collect waivers for minors. The built-in communication tools (email and push notifications) helped us send session reminders and last-minute room changes without needing a separate email service. Eventify is simply too much platform for our smaller, weekly events like Bible studies or potlucks. The pricing model is per-event, and even our smallest event costs several hundred dollars.
