What do you like best about Event Temple?

User friendly, customizable, reliable access and isn't down often or at least we don't notice any necessary shut downs for maintenance or upgrades. Customer support has always been great and quick to respond. We utilize this across several users daily all day. Document share is seamless from our side as our clients end. What do you dislike about Event Temple?

The New look has some features that appear to have coding errors as I get messages that don't make sense and require a field entry that isn't present. One example is adding payments currently and it requires a field for entry that isn't an option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Event Temple solving and how is that benefiting you?

Customizable BEO's, easy invoice creation, workflows are fantastic to remind customers and our team of tasks and deadlines. Updating our service charge was easy and the batch update feature saved me so much time. The new package option is great and the group menu items is fantastic for so many of our menu items and reduces the need to manually type everything into our BEO's Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
