What do you like best about Evant?

What I like most about Evant is having a straightforward way to manage SMS communication and keep conversations organized. The ability to send messages and receive replies in the same platform is useful for keeping communication moving without having to rely on separate channels. I also like the potential to capture engagement information from those interactions rather than simply sending messages and having no visibility into the response. What do you dislike about Evant?

I haven't identified a significant limitation from my use of the platform. One area I'd like to see continue improving is the flexibility around organizing conversations and engagement information, particularly as the volume of communication increases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Evant solving and how is that benefiting you?

Evant provides a more direct way to communicate with customers and other contacts through SMS while giving them an opportunity to respond. Having two-way communication in one place can make follow-ups easier and provides more context than sending one-way messages.
