What do you like best about Evant?

What I like most about Evant is that it gives us a simple way to communicate with our audience through text. Sending SMS messages is straightforward, and being able to receive replies makes the communication more useful than just sending announcements. I also like having the responses and engagement information available in one place, which makes it easier to keep track of conversations and follow up when needed. What do you dislike about Evant?

I haven't run into a major issue with Evant. One improvement I'd like to see is more flexibility for organizing conversations and contacts, particularly as the amount of communication grows. What problems is Evant solving and how is that benefiting you?

One of the challenges for us is keeping communication direct and making it easy for people to respond. Evant gives us a practical SMS channel for sending updates and staying in touch, while the two-way messaging lets us hear back from the people we're communicating with. That makes follow-ups more convenient and gives us a better sense of whether our messages are actually getting engagement. Overall, it has made our communication process simpler and easier to manage.
