What do you like best about Evant?

Getting students to show up to anything is a challenge. Email goes ignored, posting on social media is hit or miss. SMS has been the most reliable way to reach them and Evant makes it easy to manage at scale. The automated reminders have genuinely helped with turnout, students get a text the day before and the morning of and we've seen a real difference. What do you dislike about Evant?

There is a bit of a learning curve when you get into the more advanced campaign settings. Took me a little while to figure out the best way to set things up. Would be nice if some of the dashboard features were a bit more intuitive for first time users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Evant solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were struggling to get consistent attendance at student events and our communication was scattered across email and social media. Evant pulled it together. We can now send reminders, track who responded, and follow up with people who didn't, all from one place. The time savings alone have been worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
