"Mobile Authenticator App UI/UX Redesign & Front-End Development"

5/5

What do you like best about EvaCodes?

Their communication and genuine involvement in the project. Their project manager, Alex, was fully hands-on and deeply immersed in our product from day one.

On top of that, the whole team was super responsive — whenever we had feedback or needed a quick adjustment, they reacted instantly and kept everything running on schedule. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EvaCodes?

Honestly, there wasn't much to dislike. During the very first sprint, it took a couple of extra discussions to align on some specific cybersecurity constraints for the UI, but they caught on quickly and it was smooth sailing from there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering EvaCodes:

Just be clear about your core goals and requirements from the start, and trust their process. They are great at taking complex ideas and turning them into clean, user-friendly products. If you get a chance to work with Alex as your PM, you're definitely in good hands! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is EvaCodes solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before working with EvaCodes, our mobile authenticator app looked outdated and wasn't as intuitive for new users during setup. EvaCodes solved this by completely redesigning the UI/UX and updating the front-end code for both iOS and Android.

The main benefit for us was a much smoother user onboarding process — people now set up their 2FA faster and with zero confusion. It directly boosted our app store ratings and significantly reduced the workload on our customer support team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
