What do you like best about EVA.ai?

- Large Language Model (LLM) ensures sophisticated proactive and reactive interactions with Eva Bot at each stage of the hiring process.

- Well considered use of AI to enable a better candidate experience and make significant time-savings for recruitment and HR teams.

- Flexible API architecture for simple integrations to other platforms

- The Talent Management Module allows EVA to engage with the workforce to update their skills and job preferences at their organisation

What do you dislike about EVA.ai?

As a younger rec tech platform, perhaps Eva does not have the depth of resources as larger operators, however this has not impacted us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is EVA.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

- Getting more candidates to complete applications

- Reducing time from candidate application to first point of contact with recruiter/hiring manager (eg smart calendar self-schedule)
