What problems is Eva.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our store has lots of call and 80% of them are ordering. Usually I handle the call myself, it is tiring so I was looking for solution to automate.

It is a high stake decision because the revenue volume from the phone call so we want to ensure the AI can take orders correctly most importantly, also the AI needs to have great customer experience. We are super happy with Eva.AI. The team go extra mile to customize their AI for our need and now our entire phone system is on Eva and our revenue from the phone is actually increasing.
