What do you like best about Euristiq?

How well they learned our domain and took ownership of it. Timesheet rules, overtime, rate codes and engagement budgets are full of edge cases, and a small mistake means a wrong invoice for our customers. After three years, the team handles most of this with very little input from us. They're fully embedded in how we work, with two-week sprints, daily stand-ups with our product owners, Jira and Slack, and they raise risks and unclear requirements before development starts. If you need to extend your own product team rather than hand off a fixed project, Euristiq is a strong option. Give them access to your product owners and processes early, as they pick up domain knowledge fast and become a real part of the team. What problems is Euristiq solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our vendor management system is built for mid-sized companies that need to launch a contingent workforce program quickly, without a heavy setup. Keeping things simple for the customer means a lot of complex logic on the backend, especially in time and expense tracking. We needed experienced backend and SaaS engineers there faster than we could hire in-house, and Euristiq filled that gap. Their team built engagement budget tracking with overspend alerts, real-time spend management, timesheet rules that apply time codes, rates and overtime automatically, and process flows each client can configure for its own program, all on AWS. For our customers, this replaced spreadsheets and email approvals, cut manual timesheet errors by 97%, and shortened the time it takes to get a new program live.
