Not enough documentation available. Technical support provided by ETQ representatives is often useless, does not help solve our problems. Editing the form's jsp file to customize the look of forms is very inconvenient. Retrieving files often give indexing errors. File management is not good from a developer's perspective. But developing in ETQ reliance requires a high level of expertise. Assigning users to different groups gives them specific powers to perform their tasks and streamline the processes. We manage quality and engineering-related files. User notifications have improved the performance and reduced costs. Connection profiles have helped collect data from various sources and present it to the user.
