What do you like best about Etix?

The ease of use within the website. If you are looking for a specific venue it is easy to locate, choose and even select your own seats in most cases. I use Etix to purchase tickets when giving to clients as a thank you for larger consulting jobs. I also attend so it's a double benefit for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Etix?

The only issue is that there are sometimes too many venues to choose from and it's hard to make a decision at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Etix:

This is a great website to purchase tickets for upcoming venues in all categories, sports, concerts, theater, etc. If you know what you are looking for it's fast and easy. But if you are not sure what you want you may spend all day searching as Etix has thousands of venues to choose from. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Etix solving and how is that benefiting you?

I do not have problems at this time but last year my client cancelled very close to the concert date and I contacted customer support and they were very efficient in making sure I was refunded. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
