What do you like best about Ethics Suite?

Ethics Suite has proven to be a solid and comprehensive solution for our reporting needs. It offers multiple, accessible channels for employees to report concerns, including QR code, URL, and phone - which helps accommodate different preferences. The platform also allows us to upload our own documentation while guiding us to collect the most critical information to ensure reports are legally sound. The time stamping feature is a helpful addition for maintaining transparency.<br><br>Implementation was straightforward. Ethics Suite handled most of the setup, which made the process easy on our end. Tricia and the support team have been consistently responsive and helpful, providing timely answers and guidance when needed. What do you dislike about Ethics Suite?

There are a lot of fields to fill out but this provides the most comprehensive protections legally and to help ensure that we are handling situations correctly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ethics Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

The peace of mind that it provides pays for itself. When you have an employee who is let go for cause who tries to come after the business, it is reassuring to know that we have our ducks in a row to fight off any legal battles. It's also extremely reassuring to have professionals to reach out to to get guidance. For our teams, in restaurants, it's rare to have a 3rd party resource to report issues. It shows our teams (and sometimes more importantly new applicants) that we take HR issues seriously, that they can be safe.
