What do you like best about eSUB?

The most valuable tool is the "correspondence toolbox". ESUB was developed by a trade contractor and an attorney (married & probably talked enough to come up with this) These are prefilled documents to, ahem, save your ass if you are a specialty trade contractor and know the glamor of GC contract reading. Delays, disruptions, + many more. Attach a photo to the field doc (from daily field note photos- our company requires 3 a day) and well, you are now dunking on a GC my friends. I've had consultants tell me the value, and it's all in the magical little toolbox. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is eSUB solving and how is that benefiting you?

We run everything in our company through eSUB besides payroll. Problem 1. Connecting the field to the office Set up every single person that works for your company that's in the field with eSUB on their personal smartphone. Do not complain if you see them on their phones. They are working and adding value and documentation to your company. -Field Notes: We put eSUB photos 3x a day in everyone's job description that is a tile installer or apprentice. Everyone that works in the field. Everyone documents or they are not a good fit for your company. -Payroll Hours + Daily Reports: Set up your teams pay rates and they do all the work for you. Even has units to track production. Wanna go on a business trip or vacation for once and not worry about your business? All of the above can be checked from your smartphone or tablet.
