I like being able to manage all the endpoints centrally with ESET PROTECT, which allows me to see the status of the PCs and apply centralized policies. Additionally, it gives me a 360-degree view of the infrastructure and complete operational visibility, including the ability to identify outdated equipment. At first, I found it difficult to get used to the console. Having a guided configuration mode for tasks such as installing agents on new PCs, creating basic security policies, applying policies by group, understanding critical alerts, and generating executive reports would be useful.
