What do you like best about ESET PROTECT?

I like being able to manage all the endpoints centrally with ESET PROTECT, which allows me to see the status of the PCs and apply centralized policies. Additionally, it gives me a 360-degree view of the infrastructure and complete operational visibility, including the ability to identify outdated equipment. I found it very valuable how lightweight it is, as it especially benefits all the security management I perform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ESET PROTECT?

At first, I found it difficult to get used to the console. Having a guided configuration mode for tasks such as installing agents on new PCs, creating basic security policies, applying policies by group, understanding critical alerts, and generating executive reports would be useful. What problems is ESET PROTECT solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use ESET PROTECT to centrally manage the security of many devices. It gives me visibility of the infrastructure, I can apply policies from a single place and see the status of the devices, which is valuable for managing 600 growing devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
