What do you like best about ERP Consultant?

The knowledge of Multiple Modules, If someone claims that he is an HR expert - he should have SCM, FI and MM knowledge. it is an integral part of the ERP consultant, requirement of each module.

Being a functional consultant you have to solve your business-related issues, however, it is not as simple as everyone thinks, The HR module must affect to financial module, for example. if HR hierarchy is defined for the User level whereas in finance we normally follow a Position-based hierarchy. If HR policy is misconfigured or has an error - it might cause you will face many technical issues. As a functional consultant, it's your responsibility to solve business-related problems. However, this task is not as simple as it seems. For instance, the HR module has a significant impact on the financial module. If HR hierarchy is defined at the user level, while finance follows a position-based hierarchy, it can cause technical issues. A misconfigured HR policy or an error in it can also lead to several technical problems.
