Smart has been a great ad server in that we have been able to accommodate an incredible array of customer requests in ad functionality, ad deliverability, and provide very granular reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Smart used to have amazing customer service and within the last two years it seems as though they have outsourced this aspect of the company. We used to have direct contacts we worked with that gave us fantastic support in a very timely manner. Now we have very poor customer service and it can take up to two weeks for an answer and it is pushing us to find a new ad server. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
