What do you like best about Epsilon Loyalty?

An incredibly user-friendly platform that helps with our mass marketing email efforts. This software provides the kind of data that we want to see and use to better our business/marketing campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Epsilon Loyalty?

The downsides are the ability to edit a campaign once you have launched. Customer service is a mixed bag as I have had good and negative experiences, depending on who I have spoken with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Epsilon Loyalty solving and how is that benefiting you?

Epsilon PeopleCloud has helped our large company send out very large campaigns quickly and efficiently. I like how the data is presented and is a factual representation of the customer journey. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
