What do you like best about Epsilon Loyalty?
An incredibly user-friendly platform that helps with our mass marketing email efforts. This software provides the kind of data that we want to see and use to better our business/marketing campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Epsilon Loyalty?
The downsides are the ability to edit a campaign once you have launched. Customer service is a mixed bag as I have had good and negative experiences, depending on who I have spoken with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
