"EPC Group: Data Troubleshooter with AI Edge"

What do you like best about EPC Group?

I appreciate how EPC Group turned Power BI into a business intelligence platform, addressing our governance concerns and my executive reporting needs better than our past vendor. They cleaned up our dashboards and enhanced data visibility, enabling leadership to make informed decisions. I like their hands-on approach, showing lots of examples, which minimized rework compared to our first vendor. Their Power BI governance model and in-depth multi-AI model are particularly valuable. I also find their AI-based Power BI offering exciting as it aligns with our CEO's vision and has received positive feedback from pilot groups. Their integration of Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and EPC Group's Multi-AI Power BI Solution, along with security considerations using Azure SQL, has been beneficial for our operations. They also help support Power BI and Fabric extensively as we don't have enough IT team members. Finally, they agreed to use our internal PM system, starting in July, which is promising for future collaboration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
