What do you like best about EOS One?

Implemented it at one of our clients (fractional CTO role). Simple interface that’s easy to get started with, and it walks you through the key elements of the EOS approach. I like the built-in agendas and timing for meetings like the L10, and how it breaks everything down into the main areas like headlines, the scorecard, Rocks, and IDS. It also lets you run your V/TO and A/C, which can then be shared with the rest of the org using EOS. We've had no issues rolling it out to the Exec or wider team. What do you dislike about EOS One?

- Would like measures to cascade up into exec meetings from sub meetings.

- More AI assistance / workflows to escalate missed measures into to-do's and then IDS, and persistently missed measures into Rocks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
