We are an accounting firm with 1000+ clients. We ourselves as well as our clients have used Envoice for the past 6 years. The software has greatly helped us streamline our processes and cut the time it takes accountants to process monthly documents of our clients. The fully automated and precise digitization tool eliminates the need for accounting assistants – most of the “dirty work” is done by the software in a clear and user-friendly way.

The feature, allowing for automatic booking of repeating cost items is particularly useful. Also, the possibility for our clients to create expense and travel reports, and add documents by snapping a picture of them using their mobile phones, is very handy for frequent business travellers.
