The dashboards are powerful, both internally and for public transparency, allowing us to track progress on transformative projects like Measure Q and our agency strategic objectives. The partnership with Envisio has felt genuine, with thoughtful support throughout implementation, making it one of the best experiences I've had with a SaaS product in my government career. My main frustration is that, despite Envisio's capabilities, we aren't yet using it to its fullest potential across all departments. Some teams still funnel updates through a single person rather than having project owners enter details directly, which can reduce ownership and efficiency. There's also a continued learning curve as we work to shift culture and ensure everyone is utilizing the tool properly, but that's more of an internal challenge than a problem with Envisio itself.
