What do you like best about Envisio?

The onboarding and technical support provided has been considerable. Lots of resources, training and webinars. Community of other users. The dashboard looks fantastic and is a great way to communicate with the community and institution about what we are doing. Knowledgeable and personable staff who care. What do you dislike about Envisio?

As an administrator, there was more of a learning curve than I expected. However, with the readily available help resources and a human support team willing to jump on a call, any issues were dealt with. Sometimes I wished rather than having choices I was given firmer suggestions by the support team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Envisio solving and how is that benefiting you?
