I like that Entuity is very customizable and allows for very nuanced setups. It supports a number of different IT platforms like storage, wireless APs, VMware, AWS EC2, and switches. The software is very customizable, but there is a learning curve to it and to an extent a "Entuity" way of doing things. Some of the GUI interfaces are a little long in the tooth. Longterm an overhaul and realigning of the GUI would benefit users of the product. Some of the menu options are not as intuitive as I would like. I would like to see Entuity embrace some of the AI that is permeating other areas of IT and add the ability to create natural language queries, new alerts, monitors this way.
