Onfido is always helpful with our queries and they have supported our growth across the different regions we are expanding in. What do you dislike about Entrust IDV, formerly Onfido? As of date, I have had no issues with Onfido and I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking ID verification checks. One region which we need their assistance in has proven to be a positive result as they are happy to assist us in the region and willing to add it to their portfolio (turning a negative point to a positive one) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Entrust IDV, formerly Onfido solving and how is that benefiting you? As mentioned above, we have trouble expanding into a particular region and Onfido has worked out a good solution for us to enter the region and to offer ID checks.
